Olive Oil Fun-facts:

Olive oil is a healthy liquid fat obtained from olives. Well-made olive oil is a valuable source of plant polyphenols - rich in antioxidant properties. Though olives were historically handpicked to produce oil, today many are harvested using shakers that transmit vibrations to the tree branches and cause the olives to drop onto nets.
